- Registration and certification of Vital Records (birth, marriage and death)
- Issuing licenses and permits
- Voter Registration
- Annual Town Census and Street List
- Keeper of Town Seal
- Records Management
- Notices and Minutes of Meetings
- Oath of Office for elected/ appointed officials and boards/committees
- Updates and maintains records of town bylaws and town charter
