Notice

 

In accordance with M.G.L. Chapter 44, Section 53G, and Chapter 30B, The Town of Athol acting on behalf of the Board of Planning and Community Development (BPCD), is soliciting proposals for furnishing on-call consultant engineering review services for BPCD projects including Subdivisions, Site Plans and Special Permits.  Engineering assistance could also be provided to other Town Boards and Departments as needed. Proposals will be received at the office of the Planning and Community Development; Town Hall; 584 Main Street; Athol, MA 01331, until Thursday, June 7, 2018 at 3:00pm.

Proposals may be submitted for one or more of each type of plan review. One contract may be awarded for the whole service, or more than one contract may be awarded if it is deemed to be in the best interest of the Town of Athol.

Detailed specifications are available on-line at the Town of Athol’s website, http://www.athol-ma.gov and also available at the office of the Planning and Community Development, Athol Town Hall; 584 Main Street; Athol, MA 01331, between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm Monday, Wednesday and Thursday and between the hours of 8:00am and 8:00pm on Tuesday.

The Town of Athol Planning and Community Department shall determine the selected proposer(s). The Town of Athol reserves the right to withdraw the Request for Proposal; to reject any and all proposals; and to accept any proposal deemed to be in the best interest of the Town of Athol.
