REVALUATION PROGRAM FISCAL YEAR 2022

The Town of Athol is in its final stage of the revaluation program for Fiscal Year 2022.  This is a mandatory requirement every five (5) years for the Town.  The new assessments are based on the 2020 sales market.  The Town of Athol has been granted Preliminary Certification of the new valuations, which has shown an increase of property values, due to the robust real estate market.

            Single Family            15%

            Land                           10%

During the period of OCTOBER 21, 2022 through OCTOBER 28, 2022, valuation books will be available for your review at the following locations:

            Monday, Wednesday & Thursday 8:00am – 5:00pm & Tuesday 8:00am – 8:00 pm

            Athol Public Library
