Greening Lord Pond Plaza Public Meeting / Site Walk

The Town of Athol has received a Municipal Vulnerability Preparedness (MVP) Action Grant from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts to continue its GREENING LORD POND PLAZA project furthering the site design to incorporate nature-based solutions and green infrastructure into the downtown area. Daylighting of the buried Mill Brook stream beneath the plaza has been assessed and design is underway.

Please join us for a community meeting and site walk to learn about the 30% design plan and be part of the planning process!
