Rabbit Run Rail Trail Feasibility Project Meeting

At the Open Space and Recreation Review Committee's Public Meeting on Tuesday, Oct. 25th at 4:30pm.  Meeting will be held in Room #21, Athol Town Hall, 584 Main Street, Athol, MA 01331

Join us for a public meeting to discuss the Open Space and Recreation Committee’s Rabbit Run Rail Trail Feasability Study Project. The Rabbit Run Trail will be an approximately 6.2 mile long trail along the historic rail bed of the “Rabbit Run.” The path has the potential to link conservation areas in South Athol to the center of town, as well as connect to the biking area within the Quabbin Reservoir. Your input is a vital part of identifying key considerations for the trail, so come learn about the study from our consultant team, Howard Stein Hudson, and give us your ideas and visions for the project!
