2021 CDBG Administration Consultant

The Town of Athol seeks proposals from consultants for grant administration services for the 2021 MA CDBG project, which includes the reconstruction of a portion of Walnut Street and Canal Street. The contract period shall be approximately April 1, 2022 through until September 30, 2023. The maximum fee allowed is $30,500.

Copies of the RFP may be obtained for no charge by sending written request to the Planning and Development Office, 584 Main Street, Room 29, Athol, MA 01331 by email request to: amoore@townofathol.org by telephone at (978) 721-8500 ext. 518.

The Town must receive a PDF (.pdf) format electronic copy of any proposal by email to the attention of the Director of Planning and Development at esmith@townofathol.org no later than 2:00 p.m. on Monday, March  14, 2022. It is the responsibility of the respondent to confirm actual receipt of the proposal. Respondents shall submit separate electronic .pdf files labeled as “Proposal” and “Price Proposal” with their submittal.

The Town of Athol reserves the right to waive any informalities in proposals submitted and to accept any proposal or part thereof and to reject any and all proposal, or any part of any proposal, if it be in the best interest of the Town of Athol.  AA/EOE.
