SOUTH STREET NEIGHBORHOOD IMPROVEMENT PLAN

Your input is needed for our South Street Neighborhood Improvement Plan, in which the Town of Athol will be seeking additional Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding.  

This neighborhood area includes Canal and Lumber Street Phase 1, along with South and Freedom Street Phase 2.
